Restorative Retreats are led by Doctor Christie; a London GP and Health & Life Coach, with an expertise in health, wellness and stress management and Yasmine Say; an acclaimed Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Mobility Coach.

Dr Christie is a highly experienced GP, specialising in Health and Life Coaching and Preventative Medicine.  Alongside being a Doctor, she is also a qualified Physiotherapist and Acupuncturist.


She is hugely passionate about the importance of managing stress and avoiding burnout through exercise, healthy eating, sleep & relaxation and is excited to be sharing this knowledge with you all.

Yasmine Say is a Level 3 Personal Trainer based in West London. After realising there was more to life than a desk job, she combined her talents in teaching and fitness and became a Personal Trainer.


Yasmine believes that a balanced approach to fitness and good nutrition are the most accessible paths toward self-improvement, health and confidence.

Both Yasmine and Christie know first-hand how difficult it can be to juggle full-time work yet at the same time maintain a healthy lifestyle. That's why they are both so passionate about sharing with you how this is achievable through their day workshops and weekend retreats.
